- Today was my 12th day of bootcamp and I really noticed a difference. Mostly in my level of endurance, but also my legs are beginnning to feel a bit toner like the old days. :) I know I still have a long way to go, but just wanted you to know that I felt a breakthrough today!! Yippee!! I think 8 weeks of this is exactly what I need.

Nicole Fess - Just wanted to let you know that I am absolutely loving bootcamp. I am NOT a morning person so getting up at 5am was the scariest part for me but because it’s so fun when I get there, I am not having as hard of time getting out of bed as I thought I would.
