Today was my 12th day of bootcamp and I really noticed a difference. Mostly in my level of endurance, but also my legs are beginnning to feel a bit toner like the old days. :) I know I still have a long way to go, but just wanted you to know that I felt a breakthrough today!! Yippee!! I think 8 weeks of this is exactly what I need. Denise

Just wanted to let you know that I am absolutely loving bootcamp. I am NOT a morning person so getting up at 5am was the scariest part for me but because it’s so fun when I get there, I am not having as hard of time getting out of bed as I thought I would.
You are a great teacher because you push us, encourage us but don’t make us feel like a loser if we can’t keep going. You are awesome and just wanted you to know. Jennifer
I was completely bored with exercising. I have exercised my whole life and needed a change. It's great to be excited about my workout program again. I'm beginning by 3rd camp soon!
